This is SUCH a hidden gem - almost don't want to share it!! That's how much I love this place. My bf and I have been obsessed with coming here for take out. It's been our go to lunch/dinner food. Our go to order is the Thai bbq chicken & tofu yellow curry. So bomb. I also love their eggplant dish. Highly recommend!! You won't be disappointed.

I've said it once and I'll say it 1000 times. This is my favorite restaurant anywhere in the world. Is it vibey? No! Does it matter? NO The yellow chicken curry is the absolute best. I came here several times a week for years before moving away. This place is so awesome they gave me their secret recipe before I left (and I'm not sharing!) 500 stars! I will Bangkok Corner dearly.

I was craving Thai food and saw Bangkok Corner was a small, local business. I ordered takeout and it was ready in the 15 minutes it took me to arrive. I ordered the pork pad see ew, the spicy beef salad, the tom yum soup, and a Thai tea. The pad see ew was flavorful and authentic, although they used broccoli instead of Chinese broccoli. The broccoli wasn't cooked with the sauce but it was still good. The spicy beef salad had tons of steak and was super flavorful--sour, sweet, spicy, and salty. I loved the onions and cucumbers it came with. The steak also had nice char marks you could really taste. The tom yum soup was sour and filled with vegetable from onion, broccoli, and carrots. It really hit the soup craving I had. Their thai tea was good although there was a lot of ice. Delicious food at a good price. Come support this local business!

This small Thai restaurant has made its way into our weekly rotation and has won my heart over with both their cream cheese wontons and their amazing yellow curry! Since moving up to OC, I had yet to find a new go-to Thai place for whenever we're in the mood. Until now. Ordered through Door-dash and loved the easy and simple pick-up process, they have a table set to the side dedicated for to-go orders and leave your food there once it's ready and you easily pick it up. The food was 10/10 on everything. I'm not the biggest fan of egg rolls but I still enjoyed the bite I took just to try it. My cream cheese wontons were perfect proportions of green onions, cream cheese, and wonderfully fried. The pad thai had generous amounts of beef and had such an array of toppings as well. The yellow curry is what stole the show for me. I am a HUGE yellow curry fan. Even at my favorite spot back home, I often faced that unfortunate prominent taste of chicken (I'm weird, I know), which I truly despise and is easily noted when chicken is not seasoned and simply boiled. Bangkok Corner did not have this issue and was the perfect amount of spice as I ordered, and was completely PACKING with so much deliciousness. The curry had so much depth and both the potatoes and carrots were also perfectly cooked. I am the happiest girl in the world right now!

Just moved into the area and was there 2x in a week! Sidewalk Cornet with grilled pork was outstanding and just like I had in Bangkok. Egg was cooked to PERFECTION! Spicy basil noodle dish was just excellent. The food has a rustic no-nonsense quality but still rich, complex, and reasonable. I'll take that all day long!
